After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once the order has shipped, you will get an additional email with the tracking number.

Oh No! If your order has not been shipped and/or a tracking number has not been issued to your order, modification of your shipping address will be available. Unfortunately, if your order has shipped, ROSE GARDEN is not responsible for any incorrectly inputted addresses provided at the time the order was placed. Once the order has shipped, we will need to keep an eye on the final destination of your package for an alternate resolution to be provided.

The majority of our pieces are 18k gold plated. Gold plated jewelry is a great, as well as less expensive, alternative to solid gold. It is a process where a thick layer of gold is placed on to coat the surface of another metal. The majority of our jewelry is crafted with the following materials: stainless steel, 925 sterling silver or brass. We test each piece and take pride in the quality of our products. We recommend removing your pieces prior to bathing or going swimming in order to protect the plating and vitality of your jewelry. We recommend being careful with your pieces and avoiding direct contact between the jewelry and lotions/creams, perfumes/body sprays and water. Each individual item will tell you what it’s made of on the product information section of the product page. Important notice: Gold-plated brass jewelry will tarnish over time. It will depend on moisture and products it will come into contact with. Please follow all our care tips to prolong your jewelry.

Consists of 92.5% Silver. The remaining part usually consists of copper which is why it is referred to as 925 Sterling Silver. Silver needs to be combined with other metals as it is such a soft and malleable metal. The copper adds strength to the piece to prevent the jewellery from bending or changing shape. Care must still be taken while wearing and handling a piece of Silver jewellery as it can bend if force is applied. All jewellery pieces by ROSE GARDEN JEWELRY are stamped with 925 inside the metal.

If your order has not been shipped, in which a tracking number has not been assigned to your order - we may of course cancel your order. If it has been shipped you will need to refuse the package at time of delivery and have it returned to the sender. Once Rose Garden receives this return package a refund will be issued for the item returned.

Bracelets are made to fit a 6-inch wrist, so in total the bracelet measures just under 7 inches with the extender. Necklaces and chains are available in different lengths and styles. You should choose the length and style of the necklace or chain based on neck size, personality and clothing. Necklaces traditionally come in six lengths. Depending on the length, the necklace will hang to a different part of the wearer’s body. Neck size can be measured easily by using a sewing (soft) measuring tape. Wrap this tape around the base of your neck to determine neck size. If you don’t have a soft measuring tape, then you can also use a yardstick, ruler or stiff metal measuring tape. In this case, you need to wrap a ribbon around the base of your neck, mark the spot where it meets, and then lay it against the yardstick or metal measuring tape to determine neck size.
