SHIPPING POLICY
The following shipping policies apply for all purchases made on this Website.
Shipping within Canada
Please note that we ship all orders from Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays.
Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. Eligibility for free shipping is accounted for before taxes and after all voucher and discount codes are applied.
Shipping Outside of Canada
Delivery times are estimated to be 14-21 business days, but please note that delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs.
The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country. ROSE GARDEN JEWELRY shall not be responsible for any problems encountered with delivery due to customs procedures or clearance. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, to our international carriers or to customs or postal authorities, in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. You also understand that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

U.S.Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules

International Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules
A flat rate of $16.95 is required for all International orders.
POSSIBLE DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOMS
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.

Delivery Instructions :
You will receive an email or text message to confirm the delivery time slot and address between 1 to 3 business days.
Pickup Instructions:
Please wait for notification before picking up your order. The pickup address will be confirmed by email or text message. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange it in unused condition within 14 days of receipt Please email sales@rosegardenjewelry.ca with your order # and issue.
Returns
Once the goods have been returned in accordance with the instructions above, your credit card, excluding shipping charges, will be credited. Currently ROSE GARDEN JEWELRY does not provide prepaid return labels for unwanted items received.
Repairs
Maximum 1 per Order
We stand behind our product, but more importantly we stand behind our customers. If your item becomes damaged within 30 days of delivery, you can send it back and we will have it repaired, on us!
Please email us to start the return process, and be sure to include pictures of the damaged product and the order number.
Exchanges
If you requested an exchange, your new goods will be processed for shipment once the returned items are received and inspected. Please note: If our quality control team deems that your item is worn, we cannot process your return. In this case, we will get in touch with you directly.
